Postponed event and settlement conditions
When the schedule changes, the applicable postponement policy takes precedence. There may be specific conditions for start time, resumed event or void treatment. The new fixture date is not enough to know the status of the confirmed ticket. Check the current operator notice and matching selection reference before making an account inquiry.
If there is a rescheduled event, match the ticket with the original event identifier and official change notice. Do not assume that all tickets are transferred automatically.
