What information does the form use and how should it be protected?

The online Contact form accepts a message and optional name and contact. The information is used to read and answer the question in the Support Inbox. The backend can send a system notification. Do not include password, OTP, account balance screenshot or identity document.
Device conversation key
The ticket and access key can be stored in local storage to reopen the thread. The person with access to the device and key can see the conversation. Use “Remove key” on the shared device. This does not delete the stored message on the server; request record correction or deletion using the online chat.
Affiliate links
First-party affiliate routes may use site identity, request and network information for routing and reporting. After leaving the site, the destination operator’s privacy policy applies to account and transaction data. There is no guarantee that their collection or retention rules are the same.
